Pasquale brings more than 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 13 years in agency recruitment and 15 years in corporate biopharma. He first mastered the “art of the chase” on the agency side, supporting a wide range of clients across IT, Finance, and Enabling Functions. He then transitioned in-house, where he managed the entire talent acquisition team at NYU Langone. Pasquale discovered his true passion in pharmaceuticals when he joined Celgene (now Bristol Myers Squibb), where he built and led commercial talent acquisition teams. In this role, he successfully launched multiple billion-dollar sales forces and field medical teams. At BMS, he also founded and scaled a first-of-its-kind global TA training function, shaping the next generation of recruiters and hiring managers.
Anthony has more than 13 years of recruitment experience spanning both agency and corporate environments. He began his career in agency recruitment, focusing on advertising technology sales, before pivoting into the pharmaceutical industry. Drawing on his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded and successfully operated his own recruitment firm before joining Celgene’s talent acquisition team as Commercial Recruitment Lead. Anthony later transitioned to Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) as TA Lead for Field Commercial, where he not only provided consultative staffing support but also grew into a respected people leader and talent developer. This ability to mentor and elevate others sparked a leadership role in Global Talent Acquisition Operations at BMS.
